Hello, let me welcome you to Introspective bodywork! My name is Laura and I am proud to say that after some thoughtful introspection of my own, I have started this new journey in taking my career into my own hands (pun slightly intended).

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with 14+ years of experience with 12+ years working in a luxury spa setting. My education and training was based around medical massage therapy so with that knowledge and my experience in many other practices and forms, I can intuitively blend the best means of therapies to cater your body and mind's needs. My goal is to promote balance and connectivity between mind and body so you can start your own journey in finding harmony. Healing starts from within after all.
